Very nice little country hotel, rustic beer garden. It's a bit dark inside because there is a lot of wood. But comfy. Very friendly hosts and service.

Warm hosts, lovingly furnished rooms in different styles, totally cozy Kastanienhof, huge selection of drinks at moderate prices. Great location at the entrance to the old town right at the city gate and old castle.

Very nice hotel owners, rooms tastefully furnished, good storage space for bicycles, great location in the old town, cozy inner courtyard, rich breakfast and great lounge with fireplace. The bottled beer on offer is very tasty.

My family and I had a great weekend in the lovingly furnished rooms with a delicious breakfast in the shady courtyard. Kudos to the operators / employees for the great service (cleanliness, special requests for breakfast, tips for excursions). Due to the excellent location, you have short distances to the beautiful city center of Bad Wimpfen, but also to the train station / ship pier. Gladly again!!

Great ambience

Perfect start to the Neckarsteig. Good starting point also in the small city center. Very nice, personal hospitality. Great breakfast in the courtyard. There is no restaurant, but you can get drinks from the fridge and sit nicely in the courtyard under the huge chestnut trees. Room and bathroom size were rather small, but large bed in the single room. Thanks for the nice start to your holiday.

All the best, family-run hotel with very helpful staff, ideal for bicycles but also otherwise recommendable. Ideally located on the edge of the old town in the immediate vicinity of restaurants.

Hospitable. Old town bars a stone's throw away. Very nice courtyard with cheap drinks from the sb fridge. Decent breakfast. Bicycle friendly. (The relaxed farm dog is called Finn.👍)

Very nice hotel. Nice and helpful staff. In spite of Corona everything is well regulated, regulations are followed and you are still very warmly welcomed. A special feature of this hotel are the names of the rooms, these are named after important historical figures and in front of each room there is a little information about these people. I can only recommend this hotel (especially to cyclists as there is a small "bike garage"). :)

Small beautiful hotel in the old town. The owners are super friendly. The furnishings are not modern, but that would not fit into the old town ambience either. Breakfast is served in the idyllic backyard. I slept very well, the rooms and the bathroom are clean. It's fun to explore the surrounding old town. We recommend.

We felt completely comfortable. The room, the breakfast and the hospitality were great. This hotel is also from the location absolutely recommendable. Parking at the train station is not a problem and cheap. Dog owners and ebikers are welcome.

Very nice little pension. I felt in good hands there. Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Everything made from fresh ingredients with a lot of homemade. Only recommended.

Breakfast always very lovingly and varied in the context of the possibilities prepared my personal favorite the eggs and bacon 🥓 impeccable and very delicate 😂 otherwise the rooms are very traditionally rustic furnished, bathrooms for it but modern and very clean.

Very interesting hotel, each room has its own theme and is decorated differently. We lived in 'heaven'. very steep stairs all the way up, but huge! Even with air conditioning and a mini balcony. Breakfast great! Storage room for the bikes.

Totally nice hotel on the edge of the Bad Wildungener old town. In one room even the city wall is installed ....

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms are nice decorated but also clean and complete. If you come by bicycle, you can put them in the garage, which is great!
